One of my favorite color form of this species… I have had this plant for over 5-7 years but last couple years at DavidB who grew it magnificently to bloom this way:

A shocking pink version of this primary cross of violacea x bellina. NS 4.8 cm I haven’t given it a cultivar name yet. Any suggestions?

Interesting beast like flower.

Nice balance of dorsal mirroring the synsepal.

Good stance of dorsal and not bad petals. Lip a little narrow but the whole flower presentation makes up for it.

A first bloom seedling from Bela Vista Orchids with strong flamea markings on all segments. Skinny but I’ll fatten it up next couple years lol, NS approx 13.5 cm It is selfed for now.
