WOW Brad. That is truly wonderful. Love the dark colour and nice petal stance. I'm truly envious. Is this a first flowering seedling? Do you think the anitum variety was used in this one? It seems darker than the normal Johanna Burkhardt's.

Hi David, yes first flowering, nice sized plant though with a good strong new growth started last season. I think this might have come from a proper adductum, most of the anitum derived ones have a darker dorsal.

I'd agree with that. It doesn't look quite right for an anitum hybrid. Just a darker and superior form of the adductum variety cross.

Very interesting one.

Good color and rare "horizontal" petals for this hybrid.

Hopefully with this much beauty it will produce more flowers on future bloomings. Very special clone.

Very good, I see the Southern Hemisphere season for multis is starting.
Get ready, set ......go! At times like this, I wish I grew something more than Maudiae crosses!

I love this grex and this is a stunning clone! I'm bidding for one on eBay ATM. Wish me luck
