My experience with charlesworthiis are not warm temperate but rather cool winters and warm summers. And I never let it dry too long.
I usually give most of my Paphs a fairly dry winter, particularly micranthum and armeniacum. I must admit though these ones still do quite well out in the shade house with natural rain all winter.
 
Another one out, this one is considerably bigger and rounder.
This is another gorgeous flower .... even if the flower is bigger and rounder than the first one.... I would prefer the first one by her proportions. Just my personal taste.
