Recently acquired a paph. vexillarium and I'm wondering how to care for this mini orchid. Although, I wonder is it's size due to age or is this about it? Either way I'm happy to have this remake. I've already technically bloomed a maudiae type(hsinying alien), but it blasted due to summer heat...

I got this paph just over a year ago from a local greenhouse and it's recently dropped 2 older fans over the last 2 months. Considering how slow they grow this is kinda worrying.... I've never repotted it and it's in a 3 inch pot.
