    Cattleya Gaskell-Pumila 'Azure Star' HCC/AOS

    When I acquired this plant from Carter and Holmes about 15 years ago it was called Lc Gaskell-Pumila and it was registered by Colman in 1918. It turns out that this hybrid was registered as Wolterii already in 1908. Regardless, it is one of the bluest Cattleyas I've ever seen.
