Phrag Hanne Popow flavum x manzurii

I'd like that information too Eric. The flower is soooo cute and petite. I've begun spring repotting and small is very appealing at the moment.

Hooray David! I'd love to see some photos when you get settled. May life be a bit easier for both of you. Exciting, isn't it? That whole St. Ives area is just gorgeous...sea coast and long walks.

    Phragmipedium Fritz Schomberg

clearsky57, thank you sooo much for posting this photo. One of my lost or switched tag Phrags. just opened fully and it is a Fritz (3N) that is a twin to your photo bought from a member of this forum a couple of years go. It is a beauty!

The red one stands out for me. One could almost mistake it for an ensifolium if not examined closely.

    Paphiopedilum liemianum ‘Charlie’ CCM/AOS

'Charlie' is the name of a beloved dog owned by John M. in Canada. He's a superb grower and I have a couple of his plants that are wonderfully healthy and very regular bloomers.

Brown sunken areas on Paph leaves

SB are you using Orchiata straight or mixed with charcoal and perlite? May I recommend a slotted clay pot with Orchiata, charcoal and perlite of medium size? This medium can usually go two to three years before it needs to be repotted and the roots get sufficient air circulation. Lowes sells...

Brown sunken areas on Paph leaves

The name of the DB that I use is Luna Sundara on Amazon. It's not cheap, but you don't have to use much. I use a Q-tip to spread it on damaged leaves. As a bonus, it dries up poison ivy quickly. A real boon for me.

Brown sunken areas on Paph leaves

Amazon has the Dragon's Blood. Eric posted the name of the one we use somewhere. SB I'm running low on the original I obtained from Eric that isn't available now. I just add a bit of water and shake it up. Seems to work just as well.
