    I think the most common in this group is D. anceps, which also has pale flowers similar to yours. Without comparing the foliage, it could also be D. leonis.

    pH and EC meter problem

    You will get an instantaneous value for the pH which will serve its purpose. It will not mean anything if you measure over time though because the pH will drift. The lower concentration of salts, the faster the drift of pH.

    Remember that many orchids are CAM plants. CO2 is therefore mainly absorbed during night.
