Paphiopedilum concolor. At least that’s what it says on the label. Many believe it’s a hybrid with leucochilum.

That looks great but that dorsal is suspicious. Do you know the parents? This could be the outcome of linebreeding.
If you bring to AOS judging and submit as tag says, they will send it for ID at SITF to get it identified if it gets awarded. That will settle the issue once and for all.

Maybe ...... but it may be also within the natural variation of Paph. concolor. For instance there is a photo of a flower which looks very close to this one on page 158 of Olaf's book Paphiopedilum Südostasiatische Frauenschuhe, Band 1 (Southeast Asian Ladyslippers, volume 1) and Olaf has no doubts to name it Paphiopedilum concolor.It just screams hybrid
Thats some of those 'concolor' that have introgression of real ang-thong. The process was started in Thailand by an old Paph grower, who was a retired Thai Army officer, using ang-thong ( very round, tall stems, and spotted flowers) in concolor breeding, in the 90s. Many got awards so far. There are 2 types, one easy to tell apart, with plain green leaves ( no purple below, quite narrow, sometimes erect leaves), and this type...
Many were produced to have much rounder flowers, the best of those hybrids, awarded as pure concolor, have a perfectly round flower. Others look like that one with reddish leaf undersides.

If it is a hybrid, then a very fine and extremely well grown P. Wenshanense 
In lieu of Rudolf's post, Leslie, maybe you could use your magic and summon Olaf here?
'Taxonomists' ( let's give everyone a name) have a few little flaws, including the fact that they have no clue about what hybrids can give after all.
The Paphiopedilum crossii story was debated by all the 'amazing technical botanists' around the world, including Kew, where it came from, which import, which colony it could be, was it a priority over callosum, until I found out that the painting is... an hybrid of callosum and fairrieanum obviously.
Another case is Paphiopedilum herrmanii. Natural hybrid of esquirolei and coccineum according to some, or maybe, why not, druryi x sanderianum? Or 'closely related' to coccineum, esquirolei, maybe godefroyae, why not micranthum.
Anyone would normall see that the pouch of herrmanii is exactly the pouch of henryanum, including its deep pink color, that can come from no other known paph species... But none of the taxonomists ever mentioned that.
About taxonomists in Paphiopedilum, let's say too that not all of them are really serious and honourable...

Not Wenshanense, but Sunshine Glory linebred... The 'real' original ang-thong had a very tall stem, very round flowers, ( many with light pink or green leaf undersides...), and stripes/spots like godefroyae.
And yes, it is well grown, and I like the flower too!
If this means you see Paph. hermanii as a true species....than I'm with you. I never had any doubt of this despite some honourable taxonomist had other opinions.

A well grown plant and lovely flowers, what ever it is. It could be concolor or a hybrid, but not Wenshanense, I think.
