Paph Rolfei

Finally after many years (17) of growing many different plants of Paph. Rolfei , one has flowered. Paph Rolfei 'Vampira', it came as a complete surprise. Photo taken at my mates greenhouse were it is growing nicely with 3 new growths.

No, I have been growing many different clones of Rolfei for the last 17 years, this one I have been growing for the last 4 years since it purchase. At least it has bloomed, the others are growing but haven't bloomed.

Nice flower and it looks quite big. This might help you feel good about the time. I had a Houghtoniae that took me 20+ years to flower. There was some years of neglect in there but still.
