These were one of my favorite flowers as I looked through the books dreaming about owning some of the plants in the pictures one day. Maybe it's the spots. I wonder sometimes if there is a carrion fly in my ancestry somewhere. This is also hands down one of the cats favorite plants as well.

I don't kwow why so less posted to this thread but I think P. insigne is underestimated wrongly nowadays. It was also for me one of the first Paphs I ever saw. It's greenish/brownish colouration got an special appeal but isn't that spectaculare as of some other Paphs.
One of my favourites ever since visiting a botanical garden in Lisbon and seeing huge pots full of these. So many leaves everywhere it was like wavey grass, and 50+ flowers.
