I can't say whether or not I think it's a pure v-m, or a cross with glaucophyllum. However, I'm really quite sure that it's not pure glaucophyllum. The foliage should look like it was covered with fine, grey/blue talc and the excess was blown off, just leaving behind a slight residue. The foliage on this plant doesn't look like any pure glaucophyllum I've seen. It's too clean and shiny. It doesn't have that "glaucous" coating.
glau·cous1
/ˈɡlôkəs/ adjective
1.of a dull grayish-green or blue color.
2.covered with a powdery bloom like that on grapes.
It's that thin covering on the leaves that gives Paph. glaucophyllum it's name. Plus, the flower has a VERY victoria-mariae "look".
