vini x brachy has produced some hellishly dark flowers. (also some horribly twisted flowers too).

Not all of the nice ones are dark vini's. Here's Paph. (Impulse x leucochilum)

Dear All
If any of you ever get the chance to go to the Tokyo Dome Show------do it!!
I went as an exhibitor for more than 10 years. Fantastic show!
You will see a very wide selection of breeding. Also Taiwan being so close there are some interesting lines from there.
Used to be a Mecca for complex. Most of our top lines went there.:drool:

This site is doing great things. Nice to be able to speak freely:evil:
Off to Toronto Judges meeting next weekend. Anyone going to be there??:

agreed. this one is Voodoo Magic x godefroyae (taken at an orchid show),

wow,that vini is superb,the the dark paphs,i think the vinixmultiflorals are top notch as well

the contrast has been turned WAY up on that picture. not that it isn't a very well-colored example, which it is, but that pic artifically enhances. it's a classic EBAY pic!

I agree. I was just about to post that the green has been enhanced, when I read your post, Jason.
