So, as far as winter shipping this time of year and with the Holidays coming up, it gets tricky using USPS Priority Mail. It kills me to lose plants due to frost damage, so I've temporarily eliminated the USPS option at check-out on the website. In some cases. Fedex Ground or UPS Ground are only a few dollars more expensive options and plants tend to get to their destinations with less risk of damage.

You can also take advantage of free delivery of pre-orders at the orchid shows we attend. For 2018, we'll be attending the Orchid Guild show in Madison, WI, which is scheduled for the first week-end in February, the Batavia,IL Orchid Society Show which is scheduled for the weekend of February 17 and 18, 2018, and the Michigan Orchid Society Palm Sunday show in Madison Heights, MI which is scheduled for the week-end March 24 and 25, 2018.

Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday!

In all probability, tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017) will be our last Fedex Ground shipping day of the year. For you last minute Holiday shoppers, Fedex Expedited Delivery (2nd Day, Next Day) will still be available, but tends to be pricey. Thanks all for a great year!

    Hi All,

Looks like the weather is moderating to the extent we can once again offer USPS Priority Mail shipping, so I added it back as an option on the www.foxvalleyorchids.com website. Think Spring !!!
