Who uses Terry's potting mix from Pine Ridge Orchids?

Yep. Probably choked on Terry's potting mix from Pine Ridge Orchids!

I notice it has lots of small rocks of some sort, chips, some perlite, bark, something that looks like a clear rubber pieces of something (?) and some tire shreds...? Other stuff I can't figure what it is...

Bunch of stuff in there.
Plants seem to really like it!!!
