prospects of a white xmas in NY/NJ don't look good, but at least the white paphs are in bloom.

Paph. Salty 'Val' HCC/AOS - a total weed. very white, but a bit cupped.

Paph. Jack Tonkin 'Robin' AM/AOS - larger flower but with a more 'open' form

Paph. Susan Tucker 'Lottie' HCC/AOS, S/CSA - very white as well, one of many awarded Susan Tuckers.

Paph. Snowbird 'Robin' AM/AOS - unlike the others, this one does not feature F.C. Puddle as a parent. the grex is the aforementioned Jack Tonkin crossed to the green/yellow Diversion. larger flower with better form, with a yellow overlay.

I've always found whites to be the best complex paphs (and ordinarily I don't like white flowers that much...). But, of course, since they're my favorite, they are also the hardest to bloom for me.......Take care, Eric

the ones I have all seem to be easy to grow. in my n of 4, these take well to s/h. I found all mine on ebay, ranging from 30-55 bucks each, although you have to beware of overbidding as well.
