USPS incompetence

I guess USPS is hurting ..they now charge a hefty fee (22.00) to hold a package at the post office, even when they screw up deliveries in route. I had two packages going to the same exact address and only one made it..both priority. It's been four days so far. I sent out five packages in total. 3 made it to the east coast just fine. There was also another in bloom that didn't make it yet. Just when you think they have lowered the standard as far as it will go, they find a way to lower it more...and all this was before the cold snap

One package finally delivered...but one that was supposed to go to Memphis ..routed to Washington , DC
