Here are two from a flask I got three years back at the Longwood show....well maybe four years at 2008. Theres a shot of besseae flavum in there that hopefully will show up more in future generations.

Both flower in the same 6"x6" compot with five other sibs. Small plants, charming little flowers. Excited to see the potential of the second flower at second blooming.

Interesting and nice color of the first one.

really promising shape of the second color, it will be better next time.
 
Are you sure this is from the besseae flavum cross? I thiink there were some none flavums made also. :eek: BTW why are they in "compost"? :poke:

I wondered about the flavum, also.

"compost" is another name for media, but maybe he means compot?
 
Eric, these were the flavum. At least thats what the flask was labeled and why I got them. I hope a few end up lighter or with some fun art shades.
