Here are two Paph Mary Zdilla's (exul x Tyke). Both are relatively small flowers, but one plant is distinctly smaller.




Here they are side by side for comparison.

Very nice! I didn't even take a pic of mine this year...too high light, too high heat my first summer in TX, so I'm hoping for better(more color longer inflorescence) next year! Mine bloomed Dec to maybe March some time.

For some reason, the dorsal flexed forward more this blooming. Here is the first bloom. It still has some flexing, but it is not as pronounced.

I like the smaller one with all the spots on the petals, which it seems to have a lot more of then the others. It seems to have more of the heneryanum influence. Are the two crosses exactly the same?

So, what have you got going for the next generation there? I think I see a tagged pod in that latest pic! :)

I'm not crazy about the smaller one because of the ridge line in the center of the pouch. I wouldn't throw it away! I just prefer the smooth, round look of the others.
