During the past two weeks, the temperature dropped to 5-6 degrees for the lowest and raised to around 11-12 during day time.

Yes, the unit is degree C not F.

It's very scary to water at 12 C. Maybe you mean 12C outside but your gh is warmer.

According to the thermometer inside my greenhouse, the lowest reached 8. I had stopped watering the paphs for 2 weeks during the cold weather period.
