    Oh no! There goes my whole biological world view...no more Drosophila....

    Which reminds me of a great story about a genetics professor I once had. I went to his office one day and found him standing near his desk with a big net in hand. He yelled, "CLOSE THE DOOR NOW! I've got to catch my wild red eyed virgin! She got away!"

    That is a true story.
