One of the PA natives, from seed I germinated 18 months ago. Cute tiny things. They will get a bit bigger as they get older. Thumb for scale.

Do you know if Spiranthes seed can be germinated using potting soil/cardboard square media?

Ty! Do you use regular potting soil, and I’ve read where someone leaves cardboard outside in rain water for a few months. What’s the most common method?

I mixed a teaspoon of their native soil in with a seedling mix without fertilizer granules and a little bit of forest moss. Lay it between cardboard slats, water it, & keep it moist in a closed container with a few vent holes.
