Did you try ebay???? I have seen some european sellers offering it... I have no idea of the local market/shops/nurseries, you may find it cheaper there... Good luck...

Burnham have them, I think. I was always under the impression that they can be quite tricky to grown and are not ideal plants for beginners though.

I think the Japaneses are the best growers right now on these.

I read in an old AOS issue about the same info that you are talking about.
The magazine also features a japanese grower who was able to grow this species to perfection .
