Sobralia virginalis

This Sobralia grows about 3' tall. The flowers are short lived but it blooms on and off over the course of the summer. I love how the sepals curl on this one!

There are smaller Sobralias...I didn't detect a fragrance.

I love that Sobralia, my mother in law has a few of those planted in the garden in Costa Rica. It's about 2 1/2 - 3 feet tall and the flowers are a little larger than that.
