This was once a Bulbo but was seperated due to the lateral sepals being fully united and the non exposed column. It is a southeast Asian species (java, Bali, Sumatra, Malaysia) with two flowers per inflorescence held below p-bulb and leaf.

Wow-eeeee-hard to lose that one .Spectacular colour! That's a wonderful oddity!
 
You know this is the third time I have looked at this one. I have just gotten over my bulbo lusting. I was after a frostii, plumatum and a roth. Now I have a another one to drool over. Thanks Ron!
