This is the photostory of a repotting a phrag. Sorcer's apprentice. I have it since 2011 and last repot was in 2014. It's not easy to find best time to do it, cause when flowering finish, a new spike is already ready. For this reason I missed it last year.
This is plant in full bloom last september

The difference in colour is due to temperature, cooler now than september.
This is the plant unpotted

I have choosen same size pot, but I adjust myself an old pot similar to an "aircone pot"

The new potting mix is 30% sponge rock, 20% leca, 20% orchiata bark, 20% chc, 10% growstone.
It stays in an ebb and flow system that runs 15 minutes everyday with pure water (r/o or raiwater). Fertilizer is done weekly at 60 ppm N with K-lite or Akerne Rain mix alternatevely, and kelpmax monthly.
This is final result

I hope that this can be useful to someone.
Any other advice or criticism is well accept

I like the inner air pot upside down - a great idea. The inner part of the pot is always the part where roots rot. Great way to bring in air. Thank you, for this and also the potting mix, sounds very good.
