I don't know which plant.......and I don't like the crazy bug, whatever he is
 
Jean gets it half right.. :) it is a coelogyne... One hint from the picture: as you can see, it blooms frrom the bases of the pseudobulbs, so it is not a member of section speciosae... Btw, that is a 'deadly stinging ant'.. :p Thanks Dot, but I don't see any aphids...
 
I was trying to check the species in the book of D. Clayton 'The genus Coelogyne, a synopsis'. So section should be 'Tomentosae', where tomentosa is syn. with massangeana. Unfortunately, the book (as many, many other orchid books) shows only pictures of the flowers, mostly close-ups, so, no chance to see the plant, and, what in my opinion is even more interesting, to see photos of buds and developping flower spikes. So, sorry, but no answer. Jean
