Here in europe they sell plants of PK smaller than that at the price of $55 a year ago. But the prices drops fast and now it only costs $27

I'd prefer to buy from Chuck Acker, Glenn Decker or one of Lance's babies. That is, if I was in the market for one-which I'm not. This one looks a bit dessicated to me and would only get more so during shipment. I'm betting it sells, though.
