So a few years ago I made this cross and it only returned 2 plants from the pod. They grew quickly and one flowered recently. The temperatures have been above 90 for the last several months so the color saturation is not as deep as it could be. Overall the symmetry is very good as is the shape. Here are some photos of the first bud opening as well as the parents and the flower.

Interesting, the cross looks like 90% EA. Very nice. Please could you share the update of the flower mature?

So as the flower matured the petals became more undulate but did not grow more. Overall very pleased with the cross and hope to bloom it again during cooler weather. Thank you all for the kind comments

I named it after my father who passed earlier this year. Phrag. Memoria Dr David Amler. He was a beloved pediatrician in White Plains NY.
