This plant took a bit of a blooming rest after its June flush. For comparison, the darker bloom is from today. The plant has been out 24/7 since May, including recent evening temps in the low 50’s.

In May and June, we had warmer weather. More intense color appears with cooler temps.
For the latest bloom, the plant was out when the overnight temperatures were in the upper 40’s and low- to mid- 50’s many evenings. I call it tough love.
