I don't see any P. fischeri influence in this at all, so if those are the only two option, I'd say it's P. Jersey. At least, I wouldn't think twice if someone told me this was P. Jersey since the flowers appear to have noticeable P. dalessandroi influence in color and form, where as my spidey senses would go off immediately if I was told this was supposedly 25% P. fischeri.

See how the next bloom comes, fischeri hybrids should be round and have a purple influence. Probably a Phrag. Jersey, judging by the shape and the branching.

It is from ForestView Gardens, they are Paph specialized here in BC. I remember asking Charlotte and Terry (owners) about it because previous blooms were also intriguing and they said they purchased the flask under that name. No more info that's why I keep the Jersey? in my tag.
