Does anyone know what this 'natural hybrid' is? I cannot find any information on this plant online.

I'm looking for information on what the flower looks like and culture :)

Thanks in advance! Much appreciated!

That's probably Phrag. Conchiferum (caricinum x longifolium) registered in 1881. A man name Bowring registered it but not sure if he is the one who made the cross.
Citing OrchidWiz:
Intermediate temps. 60%-70% humidity. Do NOT allow mature plants to dry out between waterings. Grow in a plastic pot with media that drains well but retains moisture. Commonly cultivated indoors. Fertilize weekly, very lightly (one quarter the normal dose). Common media: fine fir bark, with a little perlite.
