Hey all,

I never posted these when I originally recieved them, but there's no time like the present, so here goes:

Phrag. wallisii x self, received from Troy Meyers. The flask was not doing too well, and many of the plants inside were dead (apparently because they had been in the flask for too long). These survived and are now happily growing with all my other seedlings!

These long petalled phrag species are all so beautiful when in bloom, and raising them from flask is no easy task for most of us hobbyists. I'm assuming this is the species formerly known as wallisii, with the more delicate and lighter colored flowers, now renamed warszewiczianum.

I hope they continue to be as happy as they have been thus far! I try to keep them in good light, and not quite as wet as my other phrags.

Yes, I'm referring to the lighter "warscewiczianum" species - although it'll always be wallisii to me ;)
