Received this a few months ago and it flowered! This is day 2 of it being open. Seems to do well in the office environment. Not a huge fan of how it grows though since it puts out long rhizomes and is already growing outside of the pot.

I think you are mistaken. I don't see any registered Phrag. Stacey Ann, there is a Stacey Ann Lynn (Albopurpureum x besseae), which this clearly is not. Your bloom does look like pure line-bred besseae. Yay! :)

That's what I thought as well. I received this from a member on orchidsforum.com since someone offered it to me for no cost, but I've been wanting a besseae anyways so no complaints here!
 
could also be a Jersey (besseae x dalessandroi) which is basically besseae in today's parlance... wait and see if it branches (although that's not a dead giveaway anymore either)

Either way nice bloom !
