SO how do you people get the notoriously difficult Schroederae to flower? My two haven't flowered in years. They flowered a couple times a few years apart, but since then, nothing.

It has taken me 5 years to get this plant to flower. I bought it as a young plant in late 2015. It finally took off when I put it under fairly high light, and upped the fertilizer. It gets fed at every other watering, alternating between MSU and Peters 15-5-15 Cal Mag with a total TDS of 450-500 ppm; less in the winter. I use RO water; rainwater in the summer, when it lives on a north facing deck.
I don't do anything special. Greenhouse, high humidity,
potted in Orchiata in a clay pot with perlite. Fertilize
with K-Lite three or four times a month.
I think it is about patience, time, and size. When it was 5 growths I dropped it and it self divided. My punishment was having to wait 4 more years for it to actually bloom.
