I have run completely out of room in my growing area, so I have 4 previously bloomed Phrag. Rosy Charm for sale. They all have 1 PB growth and 1 2" start. I am selling them as a lot for $25, including bare-root shipping. I won't be able to ship them out until Monday, June 22.
This cross is from Chuck Acker and is: Memoria Dick Clements 'Rocket Flash' 4N x schlimii 'Isolde'. These 4 plants bloomed this past winter.
The blooms of this grex were very consistent. Here's the thread showing some of them:

The leaves on the PB growth of 2 of the plants have traces of sunburn from too much light for a month or so. They're currently growing in 3.5" clear plots and the roots masses all look healthy.
