P pearcei supposed to be found in hot weather and very high humidity. I grow in cold weather. Nice foliage. I like the moustache.

Thanks Jean-Pierre. It comes from Manolo Arias in Perú. I am amazed of all the plants you have in bloom recently.

If, as Ray says, ecuadorense 'Si' is another
name for pearcei, I need to see the foliage
on this one. The leaves of my plant are
very narrow and grass-like with a very
upright growing habit. Mine is also a
very mini plant. Perhaps mine is mis-labeled?

Good Sunday abax, here the picture of the plant. It needs lots of water and high humidity.

Thank you for the foliage photo. Yes this
is like my plant, but much larger and
better color than mine. Mine is potted
in Orchiata and humidity is very high...
also temps this time of year.
