I just got this from a friend, they said I should cut the spike there is 11 brachts on yhe inflourescence with1unopen on the top but two other growths are going to bloom?

Nice friend. If you want the plant to save its energy for the 2 other growths then yes you can cut it but; there is no guarantee that the other spikes wont blast!

It has a healthy enough root system to support 2 inflourescences
