This is the third flowering of this plant bought as a small seedling from the Fischer’s.
Its very much a slow and steady grower. No real setbacks since it arrived, it just chugs along. The flowers are about 9cm across.
There is a real issue with the flowers as they age. They start to develop necrotic spots. It may be virus. These two flowers are quite young and so haven’t developed them yet.

David, I have that same cross and agree that it is a slow, steady grower, I am sure due to the polyploid nature. I have only bloomed mine once. I believe I have tested mine with Agdia strips and it was virus negative. That doesn't exclude viruses other than the big three.
