Best regards,
Tobias

I love it! How do you grow it? I killed mine very quickly when I grew it with my kovachii.

What a beauty!! Congrats!
I join the request for tips on culture.
I have one, about 3 mounth ago...it starting a new leaf, but no new roots.
Any recomendation?

Thank's for the compliments!

The flower is 4cm till now and it's the first blooming. I cultivate it in a terrarium without frontglass, next to my youngplants and smaler Phrags. It is only hit by indirect sunlight and additional lighted with a fluora-neontube over the day, which also keeps the temperature constant. I keep them moist to wet, but never standing in water (apart after watering a short time).
This one has a few limestones in the bottom of the potting mixture.
@ get, put some living moss (sphagnum) as a topping on the potting mixture. Mine liked it and the roots grew very well, but it went down after a while because ot the lime, afterwards I filled it up with additional substrate.
As far as I can say, fischeri doesn't like it, if its roots are disturbed.
Good luck!

This is a shot (under artificial light) in the terrarium a few days ago, before the bud opened:
