Phrag. Don Wimber

After a long hiatus, I finally have another phrag in bloom. This Don Wimber is a first-time bloomer with 2 buds.

That's very nice Todd. Yours has a much deeper and rich coloring than mine. Mine has more peach coloring.

Either that's an unusual Phrag. Don Wimber or my monitor or your camera color is off! Yay besseae hybrids!

According to my monitor, the colour is dead-on. There IS always the chance the plant was mis-labelled!

Where'd you get it. It looks like it has a schlimii or fischeri in it because the pouch is either reflecting a blue light or has a slight purple tint in it.

oke:Eric ..... I hate to say it ...... but ....... the problem appears to be on your end. There is absolutely no hint of purple in the pouch or any other place on my monitor.

Poor Eric...a digital camera not worth a rat's ass (will I get in trouble for using the 'A' word?) and now a bummed out monitor.....what can go wrong next?

OK it's not purplish, but a weird pink tone towards the color of a Beverly Fischer. I skipped the name the color part of Home Ec.
