Phrag andreetae. Deflasking

I just got a flask of Phrag. andreetae . What would be a good media to deflask them into..

Some people have recommended I use spaghnum moss, others my normal mix of equal parts fine perlite, bark, and charcoal.

I am interested to hear what members here would pot them into on deflasking

I have never deflasked any Phrags but a mixture of spaghnum and Orchiata(classic) seems to be a good mix for Phrags in general. You can add a small amount of water to a dish if you think they need more water in the mix.

Lien Liu had one posted. It was grown in bark (maybe Orchiata) sitting in or above water. You can search for it.

Thanks.. For me its a tough one as I have not seen it in flask before. In the end I have used my 3 parts mix with some spaghnum. Will see how it goes.. so far it seems happy
