That is very unusual. Leaf mottling is recessive. Maybe the combination of shilleriana and stuartiana recessive genes combined in both of its parents which are third and second generation back.

Naples Nights can have the Hilo Lip look- Pink segments with a white lip. Curious how this hybrid will turn out.

The recessive bit is news to me. There are stacks of Phallys here that have mottling and the species are a long way back in the parentage,
