I am always jealous when I ssee a blooming stonei. I still have never bloomned one. Sooner or later I hope.

A while back my old Balcar studio flash exploded and since then I can only take pictures with natural light

I'm waiting for the end of the fiscal year in September - If you get the picture :rollhappy:

As to how to grow stonei's well this a plant grown from seed by my own means.
A bit easier than the wild collected ones - heat humidity and phalaenopsis light in spring summer - reduced watering in winter. I grow them in a bark charcoal, bamboo leafs and with several soup spoons of sea shells sediments.
In general it takes 2 years for a growth to mature so expect flowers on +2 growth plants every 3rd year




I'm wondering what happen too Uri. Beautiful species! Any tricks to getting the stonei in to bloom?
