First bloom for this, dorsal still to open a bit more but pleased to have got this far with it!

How nice!I love this sp.!!!❤❤❤❤Any growing tip?
I wish I could claim skill but it’s luck to be honest! It’s on a west facing window so it’s bright a lot of the time (but not too hot, I live in Scotland after all!) and I’ve just kept it damp, not too wet, with regular fertilising. Keeping the old growth will be the next challenge I believe 😬

Compared with the one I used to have the shape of the dorsal is better although it's a bit hooded, at least in this photos.
 
Congrats on the bloom. Colors very nice. Although the dorsal is cupped, we can't complain as it's flowering!

How big is the plant tip to tip? I have some here that are 15-20 cm total leafspan. Wonder if they are blooming size?

Mine is 22cm tip to tip so based on that I would say yes for yours
