This might be a coccineum. Can you take closer pics of the staminode and the lead tips?

As Fred pointed out through his earlier post, the vejvarutianum has an indentation in the lower margin of the staminode (vs round tip of coccineum) as well as a bilobe leaf tip (vs mirror lobes of coccineum).

You can also check on my coccineum post to see if similar.
 
So the staminode is indented but its minor compared to others.

This is what we grow under this name. Leaves are different from coccineum and come close to charlesworthii.

This plant looks healthy and strong why shouldn't it flower more regularely. The colouration of the dorsal is very intense reddish for a P. vejvarutianum and this might remember of P. coccineum but the special features like staminode, leaf tips and the pattern of the bractee say, like Leslie already stated, P. vejvarutianum.
