I got a Paphiopedilum sukhakulii from Chuck Acker when he was going out of Paphiopedilum. He had selfed it and I bought it with the pod on it. The plant has Flowered a few time sense then and the flowers were small for a sukhakulii but were a very interesting color so I have kept it for making mini hybrids.
The following photos are of the original plant from Chuck and the first of the seedlings to bloom from the selfing he made. The first bloom on this single growth seedling is almost 16cm NS. And some people think selfing are a waste of time...

Fred, lovely flowers 👌 ....maybe you should use the clonal name 'Eagle' or 'Condor' because of it long and widely spread petals.
