I was recently given a division of P. Leeanum. At least here in Hawaii, it was widely cultivated and frequently grown into lovely specimen plants with loads of flowers. It is still found in many collections. If P. Spitrix is as vigorous and floriferous as P. Leeanum, Raymond has got himself a very satisfying plant here.Nice flower... the look reminds me a lot of P. Leeanum but with a clear and distinct gratrix twist!
Allow me to bring to attention, that species are spelled with small, as in P. sukhakuli, while the name of manmade hybrids always start with a capital letter, as in this case P. Spitrix.
