It's Paph. rothschildianum ("Mount Millais"FCC/AOS X " Sam's Best" FCC/AOS)
(He wrote Mount Mallias, but I think it's a spelling error...)
That's curious ... he wrote me "gigantic x sam's delight" ... for all the three plants in spike he have.
oke:When did you see him? I was there the first day, 12th of April at the opening. I picked up all my pre-orders and went back to him to buy one of the Paph. Yang-ji Diamonds he had. After he packed that one for me he showed me 2 roths to choose from...

As exhibitor, i was there from 11th. When i ask for the roths, there was three.
I'm pretty sure of the name he wrote, becouse i already have some gigantic x sam's delight (bought a flask from Sam in 2003).
But let me say that i had a whole collection of mislabeled plants from sun moon, bought in 2005-2006, even preordered. When starting to bloom, i have an hard work to replace all the tags with the correct names
Anyway, is a very nice roth even if high possible that the parents are not what he wrote to you.
