This species quite popular in Vietnam and they grow in lam-stone forest at altitude from 300m to higher. They love shadow and need about 60-70% sun light.

Is paphiopedilum malipoense a runner like micrantum n armenianum?

These in situ photos are so helpful to those of us who cannot travel to the locations ourselves!
I dream of creating such an environment in a small area of my greenhouse just for fun....

Do you mean 70% blocked? Or 30% sunlight?
