first bloom of an P. Delrosi (rothschildianum pod parent, delenatii var. vinicolor pollen parent) seeding in 2014, from ca. 200 seedlings which survived this is the first flowering on. Relative samll flower, but lasting since 4 weeks with good dark colour

Petals look a bit darker than usuual form. Interesting the pouch isnt a lot darker.
Maybe the roth parent needs a dark pouch to accentuate the colour.
Dark parents do not necessarily produce dark colored progenies. This is one of many seedlings. I'm sure some might turn out darker than others.
My Gloria Naugle was bred using dark pink micranthum and dark colored roth. It is rather pale, which was a bummer as I was hoping for dark pink GN. Oh, well...
Sam bloomed a few dark pink ones from the same breeding line where my plant came from.

Congrats!! Assuming that pot is 10-12cm diameter, the flowers appear to be of goo sized?
I have seen some very large (roth x malipoense) but Delrosi flowers I have seen were all well under 20cm across.
